Polka Dot Powerhouse is a community of women from all walks of life. Our members include business owners, professionals, retirees, creatives, public servants, stay-at-home moms, women navigating life transitions, and plenty of women who simply wanted to meet good people and be part of something positive.

What brings us together isn't what we do for a living, instead it's how we show up for one another. We believe in connection over competition, collaboration over comparison, and creating a space where women can feel encouraged, supported, and valued.

Our Current Meeting Schedule: Usually every 3rd Thursday at 11:30 am
We meet at: Blackbird Public House 305 S Downing St, Denver CO 80209
Cost to attend is $25 for your lunch and this includes your meal, tax and gratuity . Please select your lunch, and leave your CC attached to the menu thats in your seat

As a Master Nutrition Therapist and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, she specializes in digestive health, autoimmunity, inflammation, and hormone health. Inspired by her own health journey and passion for organic gardening, she empowers women to restore their health, nourish their bodies, and thrive. Cookie Larson, founder of Denver Wellness Community, holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, a minor in Education, and is NADA certified in ear acupuncture. Through wellness education, ear acupuncture, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system reset experiences, she helps individuals and organizations better understand stress, behavior, and the nervous system. Her mission is to make wellness practical and accessible, empowering people to move from survival to self-trust through education and supportive experiences.

The Denver CO Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse Chapter launches on November 18th 2026 and has grown to approximately 60 members.

SPEAKER APPLICATION PROCESS

Our speakers help educate, inspire, and encourage our members through topics that support personal and professional growth.

Rather than delivering a sales presentation, we ask speakers to focus on sharing valuable insights, experiences, and practical takeaways. When members connect with your message, relationships naturally follow.

Selected speakers receive a 20-minute presentation slot, including audience questions. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure a variety of topics and perspectives throughout the year. Because our calendar is planned well in advance, submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.
